We want you to be very satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not pleased let us know.  Our return policy is 15 days from date of receipt.  The product must be in new condition, not show indications of being wired previously, and packaged in the original container.  Before returning an item, please contact us to obtain instructions for the return and an authorization code.  Items that do not meet the return policy are subject to being not accepted or having a restocking fee applied of 25%.  Meletio processes all returns within 14 days of receipts.
